Thomas Named OAC Softball Pitcher of the Week

The Ohio Athletic Conference has announced that senior pitcher Madelyn Thomas was named OAC Pitcher of the Week. She displayed her sensational talents in the pitching circle, as she delivered a shutout against the 22nd-ranked Mount Union Purple Raiders. This is the third consecutive week Thomas has won this award.

Thomas acheived a perfect 1-0 record on the week with a 0.70 ERA. She chalked up seven strikeouts and held the opposing hitters to a .125 batting average.

During the season, Thomas has started started 17 games and earned an impressive 12-3 record. She has notched 104 strikeouts with a 1.45 ERA.
