Niemeyer named OAC Player of the Week

The Ohio Athletic Conference has named junior Josie Niemeyer Player of the Week for her impressive performances against Wilmington and Ohio Northern. 

Last week, Niemeyer led the Muskies with 10 kills (.348 kill percentage), three digs, two service aces, and a solo block against Wilmington, helping propel the Muskies to a 3-0 win. Niemeyer added another dominating performance against Ohio Northern, posting eight kills (.438 kill percentage), four solo blocks, three digs, and a service ace. 

For the season, Niemeyer has recorded 148 kills (.329 kill percentage), 17 service aces, 49 digs, 10 solo blocks, and five assists.
