The Chicago Bulls took down the Charlotte Hornets on Friday night, but they did it without a few of their stars.
Torrey Craig sat out of Friday’s game, and it was due to a reason that isn’t heard of often in the league.
Craig was suffering from an allergic skin reaction, and head coach Billy Donovan spoke about it after the game, via Cody Westerlund.
Donovan said:
“I don’t know what happened — a really, really bad allergic skin reaction. He’s fine, but I think he’s had this before. Not here, I think he had it in Denver. It takes a little bit of time for it to calm down.”

He didn’t give more insight into the allergic reaction, but it stands to reason that Craig should be back with the Bulls soon.
They sure hope so because they haven’t seen much of Craig this season.
The seven-year veteran is averaging 5.2 points and 2.2 rebounds in 2024-25, but he has only played in six games so far.
Therefore, the Bulls have gotten used to being without Craig.
He wasn’t the only player out of the game on Friday, as Nikola Vucevic and Dalen Terry were also out.
But the Bulls did get some good news before tip-off because both Josh Giddey and Zach LaVine were ready to play.
They scored 17 points and 13 points, respectively.
The Bulls are currently the ninth team in the East with an 11-15 record.
It’s obvious that they will have to fight hard for the rest of the season if they wish to have a chance at the playoffs, so they are hoping that Craig’s allergic reaction clears up and he gets more time on the court soon.
