With a 6-4 record, the Houston Texans are comfortably in first place in the AFC South, and it may seem as if a playoff spot is a lock for them.
However, they have lost two games in a row and three of their past four, a slump that coincides with wide receiver Nico Collins being out with a hamstring ailment.
However, Collins recently said he’s ready to play at the Dallas Cowboys on “Monday Night Football.”
“I feel good just to be back on the football field with my teammates,” Collins said, via Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston.

Last season, when the Texans were arguably the biggest surprise in the NFL, Collins was a big part of their success and emerged as a star with 80 catches for 1,297 yards and eight touchdowns.
In five games this season, he has 32 receptions for 567 yards and three touchdowns, and is leading the league with 113.4 receiving yards per game.
Houston also has been without wide receiver Stefon Diggs, who is out for the season with a knee injury, so they have struggled to also absorb an injury to a key player such as Collins.
They’re coming off a humbling loss to the Detroit Lions in which they blew a 23-7 halftime lead even though they had five interceptions of Jared Goff.
The week before that, they fell to the struggling New York Jets in a game when C.J. Stroud completed just 11 of his 30 pass attempts.
With Collins set to return, the Texans will have an opportunity to finish the season strong and make some serious noise in the playoffs.
